Phosphorylation specific antibodies are critical research tools that enable scientists to detect, differentiate, and quantify phosphorylated versus non-phosphorylated forms of proteins. These antibodies target phosphorylated amino acid residues—such as phospho-serine, phospho-threonine, and phospho-tyrosine—providing unparalleled specificity in studying cell signaling pathways, protein regulation, and disease mechanisms.
At DETAIBIO, we combine advanced SingleB® Rapid Monoclonal Antibody Platform technology with an expert CRO service model to deliver high-quality, validated phosphorylation specific antibodies. We provide both mouse monoclonal antibody production and rabbit monoclonal antibody production with guaranteed specificity confirmed by cross-validation using both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated peptides.

Animal Immunization & Cross detection of Serum Titer
Immunogen: Phosphorylated peptide-KLH
Screening Antigen: Phosphorylated peptide-BSA
Specific MBC Screening
Using cell surface markers and the target antigen, phosphorylation specific memory B cells were isolated. A total of 99 antigen-specific B cell clones were obtained.

Antibody functional verification
The obtained antibodies were subjected to ELISA assays, resulting in the final selection of six clones that met the screening criteria.
