Single Cell PCR Amplification Kit allows for RNA extraction and reverse transcription from a single cell or low-input total RNA template in a single reaction tube.
This kit is also suitable for amplification of samples with fewer than 1000 cells (cells should be washed in PBS, as culture medium may interfere with cDNA synthesis).
